Tashigar means auspicious place and it is here that practitioners have the opportunity to learn and study the Dzogchen teachings and do the various practices associated with them. Located in the Valle de Pedro Gonzales on Isla Margarita, Tashigar has a beautiful meditation hall painted with traditional Tibetan motifs. Tashigar Norte is one of the main international Dzogchen Community centers dedicated to the preservation of the Dzogchen teachings transmitted by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche.
