Prima Mai

Prima Mai was born in Germany 1962 and studied Communication Design in Hamburg. She left there in 1987 to live and work in Spain as a contemporary Artist and chose her artistic name. She met Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 1989 and moved to Italy in 1990 where she learnt the Vajra Dance directly from Rinpoche, whom she accompanied for several years in his travels to assist in making known the Vajra Dance during Rinpoche’s seminars and retreats. Prima Mai is one of the two main international Vajra Dance Teachers appointed by Rinpoche with the authorisation to train new Instructors of the Vajra Dance. Since 1992 she has been holding courses worldwide, and preparing related materials for Publications and the general development of the Vajra Dance. She speaks German, English, Spanish and Italian and a little French. Her other general interests are in alternative healing, new science and technology, music and arts. She has lived with her companion in Camogli, Italy since 2001.

Anna Apraksina

Anna was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, but has been living in Tenerife for the past five years, devoting herself to the practice of meditation in motion. She has been practicing this method since 2009, and has been a certified instructor. since 2015.

She has conducted various Vajra Dance courses in Russia and Europe. Anna has a wide range of interests - she has a Degree in mathematics, as well as interior design, she loves art, dance, and travel.

Rita Renzi

Rita Renzi was born in Bologna, Italy. She graduated at the University of Bologna in Oriental History and Philosophy and she spent 5 years in an ashram in South of India. She has been following  Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s teaching since 1994. She became involved in the Dzogchen Community’s activities in 1997 as a secretary for the Shang Shung Institute, where she remained till 2004. She qualified for teaching the first level of the Dance of the Vajra in 2001, on Margarita Island, Venezuela; second level in 2005, in Merigar West. Since 2001, she has been travelling teaching in Italy, Europe, Singapore and Australia. She was in the team group that edited Chögyal Namkhai Norbu’s book on the Dance of the Vajra, The Precious Light, published by the Shang Shung Editions in 2014 and in the preparation of the tutorial video shooting in 2015 in Dzamling Gar.
