Tashigar Norte is happy to host the new online Chair Yantra Yoga course with Dina Priymak. Classes take place on Zoom every Monday at 8:00 pm Rome time (3:00 pm NY and Venezuela time, 6:00 am Sydney time).
Chair Yantra Yoga is a gentle and accessible adaptation of Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan Yoga of movement and breath, introduced to the West in the early 70s by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, one of the great Dzogchen Masters of our time.
Developped by senior teachers Fabio Andrico and Laura Evangelisti and approved by the Master, ths method allows everyone to practice safely while seated on a chair. Dina Priymak is one of the few teachers authorised to teach Chair Yantra Yoga by Fabio Andrico in 2022.

Ideal for those with physical limitations and/or sedentary lifestyle, Chair Yantra Yoga improves mobility, breathing, and overall well-being. Through mindful breathing and coordinated movements, participants develop flexibility, strength, and balance in daily life.

The program includes weekly guided lessons with Dina Priymak and one-month access to recorded sessions, allowing you to learn and review at your own pace. Join us to experience a safe, effective, and transformative practice accessible to all!

The course started already some months ago and if you already know Yantra Yoga and
have learned it previously, then you can participate. Write to us in this case.
A yantra is a coordinated sequence of movement and breath that forms the core of the system of Yantra Yoga. Each yantra combines posture, mindful breathing, and fluid transitions to support specific functions such as improving joint mobility, strengthening and lengthening the body, regulating the breath, balancing the subtle energy channels, and cultivating clarity and presence. Practiced progressively, yantras harmonize body and mind, helping practitioners develop stability, openness, coordination, and a deeper connection with the breath.
During the sessions you will learn:

-
Warmups related to the yantras to learn
-
The 9 Purification breathings
-
Yantras of Tsigjong (joint-mobilizing exercises)
-
Yantras of Lungsang (the 8-Movement sequence for learning the various breathing techniques)
-
Pranayama linked to Tsandul
-
Yantras of Tsandul (exercises for balancing and opening the channels)
-
Repeatition of previously learned movements
-
Rhythmic Breathing
-
Vajra Wave
The Program is fully online. We encourage you to attend live as much as possible. However, the sessions will be recorded for replay as well for a limited time. Continuous support and communication with Dina will be provided through a dedicated chat group.
At the end of the course, you will also be invited the join our Yantra Yoga Online Community, continuing to practice together once a week.
This program aims to offer opportunities to connect with practitioners around the world and benefit from collective experience. For this reason, we recommend students attend at least 50 percent of the classes live; remaining classes may be followed either live or via replay as needed.

Weekly classes will be held on Zoom from December 1st, 2025, every Monday at 8:00 pm Rome time, until March 30th, 2026. Practitioners with previous knowledge of Yantra Yoga who wish to attend only specific classes may do so, provided they already know the required content.
