Tashigar Norte is happy to invite you to join the Online course with Maxim Leschenko and Dina Priymak, that will be held on Zoom Platform, for those who have already learned the base of Yantra Yoga (the 3 preliminary groups: Tsigjong, Lungsang and Tsandul).
This course is designed for the students who wish to learn well the yantras of the 5 series, and also for those who like to deepen and expand their practice of Yantra Yoga. The 25 Yantras, divided into 5 Series, are the central part of Yantra Yoga practice. The three preliminary groups provide us with the tools to create a correct basis, reorganizing and balancing body, breathing, and energy. Working on this basis, the twenty-five Yantras deepen our practice of Yantra Yoga and make it stable, developing our capacity and flexibility.
In a Yoga session, it is important to balance the various aspects. In Yantra Yoga, this principle is integrated with the sequence of the five Yantras of each Series. The structural balance, harmonization, and compensation of the different postural aspects are incorporated into these sequences. Among other benefits, practicing correctly the five series of Yantra Yoga restores the balance of earth, water, fire, and air elements, and the functioning of prana. As a result of practice, vision and other senses become clearer, and physical strength increases.
Enjoy an authentic system of relaxation of body, energy, and mind through this ancient Tibetan Yoga method and a 6 months-long Yantra Yoga program!
Our comprehensive program offers the flexibility to join online, allowing you to learn and review the material at your own pace.
