
FIRST STEPS IN MEDITATION, Part II
As a fruit of the collaboration between Tashigar Norte and Tashigar Sur,
this special two-day event features instructors:
Ricardo Sued and Alejandra Krasnogor.
During these two days, we will delve into the practice of contemplation and also work with the Vajra Dance of the Space of the 12 A, a method to integrate movement into our practice and daily life. The meeting will take place on November 14 and 15, both in person at Tashigar Sur and online at Tashigar Norte.
The retreat will be conducted in Spanish with English translation.

The "El espectáculo va a comenzar" Milestone: A rock opera that represented Córdoba at the First International Theater Festival (1984) and won awards in Villa Carlos Paz. Alejandra Krasnogor
Alejandra Krasnogor is a facilitator, teacher, and translator specializing in Eastern contemplative disciplines and in somatic and emotional work. For many years she has been researching somatic practices from East and West, facilitating processes of transformation through the body and movement.
She was authorized to teach the Vajra Dance, a method of contemplation in movement, by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in 2016. She is also a teacher of Khaita Joyful Dances and of Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan yoga of movement.
She holds a degree in Anthropology with a sociocultural orientation, and later trained as a Dance Movement Therapist, deepened her practice in Authentic Movement, and is a Butoh practitioner.
She is an active figure within the International Dzogchen Community (IDC) and collaborates with the Atiyoga Foundation. As a certified Feeding Your Demons® facilitator, she works accompanying processes of integral and embodied well-being, including programs such as "Dancing Your Demons," centered on emotional processing and shadow work.
Alejandra currently lives between Argentina and Uruguay.
