How to achieve harmony in
Communication and Collaboration:

Assertiveness and Feedback

Tashigar Norte is happy to invite you to join the Online course with Monika Marcik,

in ??? on Zoom Platform, with translation in Spanish.

We all have different experiences with teamwork. Some can be challenging, demanding a lot of energy and sometimes marked by conflicts. Others can be uplifting and rewarding, contributing to personal growth and the development of meaningful relationships. It is important to be aware of how we can positively influence the processes we take part in.

Harmonious communication — focused both on the goals we aim to achieve and on the people involved — is a key element worth developing. Assertiveness, understood as being self-assured and confident without being aggressive when expressing a valid point of view or opinion, plays a valuable supporting role.

Another important area of focus is learning how to construct clear messages: which words to use, which to avoid, and how to reduce the risk of misunderstandings or conflict. One useful tool is constructive feedback — a skill that anyone can develop to foster more harmonious relationships.

During the workshop we will discover:

  • What is assertive communication and how to develop this attitude

  • How assertiveness supports building harmonious relations and communications

  • What are the key areas to develop assertiveness among collaborators

  • What are the challenges in constructive feedback

  • How to build conversation based on “feedback to the future”

  • How to deal with emotions in feedback

The workshop is open to everybody who wants to improve soft skills in communication and collaboration. It will be interactive, so if you want to join, please be ready to be active, to take part, and to be present in real time. We will ask participants to share reflections and to join different kinds of exercises, according to the rules of participation and engagement.
