We are happy to announce a special event with Ricardo Sued.

In these 3 sessions designed for beginners, we will study and practice the basic principles of:

  • What takes us away from meditation

  • How to approach meditation and make it more stable

  • Study and different practices

  • How to integrate it into our daily life

​

The course is held in Spanish and translated into English.

Ricardo Sued

Training and Experience in Buddhist Teachings

  • Disciple of Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
    For more than 35 years he has followed the Master’s teachings, deepening his practice and study of Dzogchen, one of the highest traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.

  • Certified meditation instructor
    Since 2007, certified in the Santi Maha Sangha base, a teaching system developed by Master Namkhai Norbu to preserve the authenticity of the Dzogchen lineage.

  • International retreat facilitator
    He has led retreats and workshops in various cities across Latin America and Europe, sharing Dzogchen teachings and practices with a broad community of practitioners.

  • Residence at Tashigar Sur
    For over 25 years he has lived at Tashigar Sur, the international seat of the Dzogchen Community, dedicated to yoga, meditation, and Vajra Dance.

 

Career in Literature and Playwriting

  • Playwright and writer
    Author and director of more than ten theatrical works, as well as numerous short stories and poems, exploring the human condition and spirituality.

  • “Hombres Palomas”
    Selected to represent Córdoba at the National Theatre Festival of Bahía Blanca.

  • “Camburí”
    Winner of the Trinidad Guevara Award for Best Scenography.

  • Rock Opera “El espectáculo va a comenzar”
    Selected to represent Córdoba at the First International Theatre Festival (1984).
    Won Best Theatrical Work in Villa Carlos Paz.
    Forty years later, it was honored by the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba with a performance featuring 250 local artists and received unanimous recognition from the Legislature of the Province of Córdoba for its artistic and cultural value.

  • “Show quiátrico Shock”
    Represented Córdoba at an International Theatre Festival.
    This integrative production, staged at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital of Córdoba, involved patients, nurses, neighbors, doctors, psychiatrists, actors, musicians, and choirs, standing out for its community-based and transformative nature.

  • Innovator in sensory theatre
    His work “Caramelo de Limón” pioneered theatre in complete darkness, intensifying sensory and emotional perception.
    Premiered in Argentina (1991) and adapted in Paris (1996) as “Bonbon Acidulé” at the official Paris theatre La Colline.
    This approach later inspired the development of dark theatre worldwide, with Caramelo de Limón recognized as the first full-darkness theatrical production.

  • Musical production
    Author and composer of the album “Las Formas del Sonido,” created with over 80 local artists and available on Spotify.
    His track “Caminata Consciente” was nominated for the Premios Gardel as Best Folk Music Song.

  • Poet and storyteller
    He has written more than 500 poems and numerous short stories reflecting his vision of life, consciousness, and the nature of being.
